Lets face it teachers are busier than ever these days. It takes a lot of time to work out all the details of a group tour. Experience is important, and finding the right performance venue is a fun, and important part of any choir or band tour. Incorporating University music clinics teaches students while giving them an opportunity to see beautiful campuses for themselves. Music clinics have recently been arranged at the University of Washington, Pacific Lutheran University, OSU, University of Oregon, Central Oregon CC, Stanford, and even UCLA!

We’ll provide a free proposal. Once a tour is accepted you'll receive:

- Tour descriptions with the cost and cancellation policy to hand out to students and parents. We’ll even come to your parents meeting if you like to present the tour, and answer any questions.

- After final payment each passenger will receive a detailed time-line itinerary with the address and phone number of where they will be staying, along with bag tags, and tips about airline rules, packing, etc.

- One or two weeks before the tour, we’ll meet at your school, and provide detailed instructions, tickets, vouchers and petty cash, all in a handy notebook. You’ll feel confident about every detail of your trip.

- The morning of departure we’ll be there to see you off, and you can call anytime during your tour with questions, day or night.

Security Guards at hotels are an option for student groups ensuring student safety, and allowing leaders a good night's sleep.
